July and August have been busy months for Charl B, with a number of media appearances and media reviews of the album Imagination.
The album received raving reviews from Zkhipani.com magazine (http://fb.me/MBMjxApq), describing Charl B as “The Rising Star”.
On the 18th July, Charl B was interviewed by Nick Cruz from UJ FM (95.4 MHz) on the show called UJ FM Drive, which broadcasts every weekday from 15:00 – 18:00. UJ FM boasts a listenership of + 25 000 in the Johannesburg area.
Charl B also appeared on Eldos FM (87.6 MHz) in July, interviewed by Syrup and Yung J on the Lunch Bite show, where a number of the tracks from “Imagination”, namely ‘Taste it, More love, Make U Move and Faded graced the airwaves with its unique sound.
August was no quieter. Prepping for the long awaited music video for Imagination has been a task on its own, together with preparing for performances.
In September, Charl B will shoot the video for the leading track Imagination. In the video, you can expect to see glam, style and most importantly, it will live up to its title.
“Having a video is special as it is a culmination of all the hard work put into the album and I can assure my fans that they will be impressed”, says Charl B.

South-African based artist signed a deal with Madstuff Production Records.
Madstuff Production Records just released her first single "Watchu Like". Its available on downloads. The album is coming soon!!!! The company aims to release the album April 2010
Charl B a hot 'Dance/R & B' artist is in Madstuff Production Records future. The company was opened by Kay-roc. He says: Music is growing fast in South-Africa, everyday new artists are popping up. Madstuff Production Records was opened for artists to compete nationally and internationally. Our main focus is to show the world, that South-African producers and artists has the ability to compete world wide.
Kay-roc worked with Bruce Williams(Mighty Music) on the single 'Watchu Like'. The single is an international release on downloads.

The 'Up Your Game' Hip Hop Dance Workshops wiith Kay-roc and Q.tee started 2009, in South-Africa. Pretoria 17-18 Oct, Johannesburg 24-25 Oct, Cape Town 7-8 Nov.

Up Your Game-Hip Hop dance training DVD
Kay-roc released a hip hop dance training DVD, training people in their own homes how to do hip hop dancing, from beginner to advanced level. The choreography on the dvd was done by Kay-roc and Marius(Q.Tee). The dvd also show styles like popping, krumping and b'boying. Its currently only in stores in South-Africa(S.A's first hip hop training dvd).

Kay-roc is the mastermind behind the Krump Choreography of the 2008 season "So u think u can dance" S.A. He has been referred to as the most in-demand choreographer in South-Africa. He mixed his krumping with a theme in his choreography on So u think u can dance. It gaved another feel to the dance style Krumping.
